Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for events or classes with less than 7 days notice. If you are unable to attend, please give them to a friend or family member as you would any other event. If you do give us enough notice and you are refunded, you will be charged a 2.5% fee due to the way our booking system charges us.

You must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. If you look younger, you may be asked for ID. You must adhere to all WA legislation regarding responsible alcohol consumption, and Hayley Savage/Sunflower Studio will not be held liable for any incident or legal issues during events.

Photographs and videos may be taken of the participants and event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, you must state so explicitly at the beginning of the event.

Any materials, tooIs and art supplies that incur damage due to misuse or negligence will be replaced at the cost of the customer.

We provide drop sheets and aprons to minimise the risk of paint getting on furniture and clothes. We will not be held liable for any damage to due to paint or paint water. We advise all participants avoid wearing their Sunday best just in case.
