*School Holiday Session* Holiday Hen

Get into the christmas spirit with this cheeky chicken wrapped up in christmas lights. This is a bit of a fiddly one with the cutting and sticking, so recommended for scissor confident 8(ish)yo+. We will start by recycliing some brown Woolies bags into chicken bods, exploring pattern making and colouring in a comb and wattle. Then we will add a funky tail with a white paint pen, and get cutting and sticking the lights. Outline everything with a chunky black pen, and we have a super cool illustrative chook on heavyweight A3 paper. All up this activity will take around an hour, BYO water bottle and snack if you'd like. 

Please wear something you don't mind getting messy, we will be using black permanent pens for this one!
